Reading an article for peer review (summarized in this poster) i thought about the desirability of "relabel" the NICs 8180 and 8190 because there are already many more ways for patients to consult or be followed by his nurse.
Right now there are platforms on which professionals and patients share space and I have no doubt about the future use of audiovisual media in the same way that already exist gadgets for the detailed monitoring of physiological parameters and other at home.
The fundamental question is: are ready the taxonomic tools for the future 2.0? I do not know where to direct this concern is more I do not know if it's doing right now, just hope it does not come too late.

Querido Salva, otra vez mas nuestros pensamientos se cruzan. Hace poco estuve en Londres y hablando con viejos amigos enfermeros de allí, me comentaban que tenian protocolos de intervenciones en salud mediante el uso de las TIC (chatean, prescriben enlaces, utilizan Skype...). Les insistí mucho en que me pasaran mas información porque ahora mismo se encuentran en el proceso de evaluación.
A día de hoy, sigo esperando esa información, pero en cuanto tenga algo, te digo.
